Plein Air (in the open air) painting is allowed during open hours. Please leave the grounds as you found them and respect the wishes of the gardeners and other guests. Set up on lawns only and allow adequate space for movement around you. Be sure to stay with your equipment and use care in cleaning your equipment. And be sure to take out what you bring in.
We regret that the Museum, Library, and Foundation grounds are not available for wedding ceremonies or receptions. For an outdoor ceremony in historic Bristol Borough, contact the Borough of Bristol.
The adjacent Grundy Library offers meeting room facilities. Non-profit groups may request time for educational, civic, or cultural programs which are publicly advertised and open to the public. Foundation sponsored programs take precedence in scheduling the rooms. For more information about scheduling a meeting room, click here.
